A Cut Above
Just a note to state how much I enjoyed Leslie Cavendish’s book “ The Cutting Edge “.
There are so many angles and aspects to The Beatles story that their hairdresser’s story might seem at first glance a little superficial .
However this is a lovely biographical vignette from a world changing era. Leslie’s part was more significant than he modestly portrays .
His personal profiles of the four Beatles is experience based and fascinating . Not for the first time, the private Paul comes over as a thoroughly decent human being .
