One of the pleasures of being a fan of the Beatles and/or of their solo careers is the endless pursuit of rare tracks they may have participated in with other notable musical artists. Paul McCartney has worked with so many various artists in his career, it was my great pleasure in finding this rare track that Paul McCartney co-authored with musician Nitin Sawhney several years ago. I sought out this boxset recording which featured Nitin’s album along with the cd of the album: LONDON UNDERSOUND
Nitin has a distinct melancholic air surrounding his musical creations!

Thanks for spotlighting! This is a great album. I have been in search of the limited edition version of the London Undersound CD as it also features Paul’s voice on a track called “Interlude 1 – Ghost Image”.
Anyone ever hear Nitin Sawhney’s Remixes of The Fireman Rushes track “Fluid”? There is an “out of body and mind mix”, “out of body mix” and “out of body with sitar mix”. That was a challenging 12 inch EP to find as was a numbered, limited edition release (I got # 2288!)
Oops – I was just listening to the album again and it looks like that Interlude 1 Ghost Image is on the regular release. I need to research what’s so special about the limited edition version, unless somebody else knows who can help me!
