The Beatles Book that never was!
Often, books can get listed on such booksellers as Amazon that never become a reality. I remember contacting the author of this book several years ago asking him when the book was going to be released. He wrote back to me saying that he had rejected doing the book and it was not going to be issued after all.
I remember being very disappointed as Pete Nash is an excellent Beatles collector and I am sure it would have been a wonderful and interesting release. Over the years I have bought several wonderful collectors items from Pete including a signed Pauline Lennon book about her husband, Freddie Lennon.
Pete notified Amazon according to his email that the book was not going to be published, yet the notification of the book remains on the Amazon UK site several years later. Hope they update the listing so fans will not be disappointed in attempting to order a copy.

I saw this book and immediately ordered it back in 2014. Every few months I get a notification that it’s still not ready to ship. I still held out hope it would show up on my doorstep one day so I’m really disappointed that it’s never going to be published. How strange that almost 10 years later I’m still getting Amazon notifications here in Canada! Is it definitely 100% that this book will never be released? Sigh…
Yes Ginger, I got that notification directly from the author Pete Nash, so unless he one day has a change of heart, we are to be disappointed. Thank you for your comments. Thank you. I also miss being there with so many great people that were members of the page. However there are too many intolerable elements of Facebook that will prevent me from ever returning. They need human beings to rectify problems there, not algorithms. There are also some spiteful people on there as well that issue posts as being SPAM, that are forcing suspensions of people that have done absolutely nothing wrong. Thanks to this blog, I have my nervous system back and will not allow it to be frayed ever again!
